Date of last update of the declaration: June 26, 2025
e-Blue undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of October 19, and Decree-Law no. 82/2022, of December 6, which transpose Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and Regulation (EU) 2019/882 into national law, respectively.
Current compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA, due to the non-conformities listed below.
Content not accessible
Some parts of this website are not fully accessible, for the following reasons:
- a) Non-compliance with accessibility requirements:
- Certain interface elements, such as buttons and text on light backgrounds, do not comply with criterion 1.4.3 (Minimum Contrast), making it difficult for people with low vision to read.
These problems are in the technical survey phase and will be corrected progressively by the end of 2025.
- b) Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation:
- Some old PDF files available on the website may not have been generated in an accessible way, as they were produced before 2018. These documents are marked and will be gradually replaced with accessible versions.
Continuous improvement plan
A global review of the site’s graphic interface and technical structure is underway with the aim of achieving full compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA by the end of 2025. All changes will be developed with accessibility by design.
