The personal data we use is used exclusively to generate statistics, so once the processing operation that supported the purpose for which your data was collected is over, we will anonymize the records or even destroy them completely.

It is only relevant to request to oppose the processing, until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject, or if the data processing is carried out for direct marketing or profiling purposes; however, within the scope of the processing operations and for the purpose of the processing, statistical operations, this situation does not arise and it is legitimate for E-Blue to opt for the erasure of collected data;

The personal data we collect is at most the name and a means of contact, mostly telephone contact, so that the right to portability of personal data is not necessary.

 

Handling of requests for exercising the rights of data subjects regarding their data

Requests may be addressed by any form of contact with E-Blue as the data controller and will be dealt with in a manner that ensures the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity in order to ensure that personal data is shared only with the data subject. You will be informed of the measures taken to comply with your exercise of your right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection.
