When the station is gray, there are no bicycles available.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>B) Bicycle Usage<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) How to unlock the bicycle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To unlock your bicycle, simply access the E-blue application (register the first time you access the application), scan the QR code on the bicycle (at the top of the main tube), and it will be automatically unlocked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Is there a minimum age to use E-blue bicycles?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For legal and insurance reasons, the use of E-blue bicycles is only allowed for those aged 16 and above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Where to park my bicycle to end my trip?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To end the journey, you must properly park your bicycle at a E-blue station. Outside of system stations, a fee of \u20ac0.15 per 30 minutes will be charged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) How to lock my bicycle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Simply close the lock at the station. To finish your journey, the application will prompt you to take a photo of the bicycle. A beep will indicate that your bicycle is properly locked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Can I take a break during my trip?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, during your journey, you can stop the bicycle by locking it (lock\/cable). Your journey does not end, and no other user can unlock your bicycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Is it possible to reserve a bicycle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, it is not possible to reserve a bicycle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>C) Fees and Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) Do I need to subscribe to use a bicycle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, you can use a bicycle without a subscription, with payment per availability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) What is the cost of a trip?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are a subscriber, the first 60 minutes are free, then you will pay \u20ac0.15 for each 30 minutes. If you are not a subscriber, the unlocking fee is \u20ac2, and then \u20ac0.15 for each 30 minutes, after the first 60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) How can I change my credit card?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the E-blue application, in your account, go to &#8220;Manage Payment Methods.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) How to cancel my subscription?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the E-blue application, in your account, go to &#8220;My Subscriptions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Can I receive an invoice?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, you can obtain an invoice with the E-blue application.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>D) Emergencies<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) What to do in case of an accident with a E-blue bicycle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the accident is serious, seek help directly. If not, contact us through the E-blue application (&#8220;Contact&#8221; section) or through the call center +351 292 202 000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) What are the emergency numbers?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget the emergency numbers: 112 is the valid emergency number throughout the national territory and the European Union.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) How can you contact us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can contact us through the application (contact), by phone at +351 292 202 000 (Monday to Friday), or by email e-blue@cmhorta.pt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>E) Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) Is there insurance in case of an accident?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is liability insurance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Is there insurance in case of bicycle theft?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, in case of bicycle theft, a deductible of \u20ac1,500 will be charged.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>F) Safety<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) Is wearing a helmet mandatory?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wearing a helmet is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend its use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) What is the maximum authorized speed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The user must comply with the rules of the current Highway Code.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Can I use a bicycle in bad weather?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, our bicycles are designed to be used in any circumstance. Be sure to take necessary precautions in bad weather, drive gently, and be even more careful than usual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>G) Circulation Areas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) How can I know about restricted traffic areas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With E-blue, there are no demarcated areas. You just have to park the bicycle at one of the stations to complete your journey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>H) I Have a Problem<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) In case of a problem with a bicycle, who should I contact?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inform us directly in the application by clicking on the triangle icon in the upper right corner &#8220;Report a problem.&#8221; We will contact you later. In any case, the bicycle you unlocked must be brought back to a E-blue station to complete the journey and end the rental.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) For any other problem, who should I contact?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of emergency, you can contact 112, which is the valid emergency number throughout the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>Specify the nature of the problem in the &#8220;Contact&#8221; section of the menu.
