{"id":363,"date":"2025-07-07T14:35:42","date_gmt":"2025-07-07T14:35:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eblue.pt\/?page_id=363"},"modified":"2025-07-16T14:52:58","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T14:52:58","slug":"declaracao-de-acessibilidade","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eblue.pt\/en\/declaracao-de-acessibilidade\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessibility Statement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Date of last update of the declaration<\/strong>: June 26, 2025<\/p>\n<p>e-Blue undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 83\/2018, of October 19, and Decree-Law no. 82\/2022, of December 6, which transpose Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 and Regulation (EU) 2019\/882 into national law, respectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Current compliance status<\/h2>\n<p>This website <strong>is partially compliant<\/strong> with the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA, due to the non-conformities listed below.<\/p>\n<h3>Content not accessible<\/h3>\n<p>Some parts of this website <strong>are not fully accessible<\/strong>, for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>a) Non-compliance with accessibility requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Certain interface elements, such as <strong>buttons and text on light background<\/strong>s, do not comply with criterion 1.4.3 (Minimum Contrast), making it difficult for people with low vision to read.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These problems are in the technical survey phase and will be corrected progressively by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>b) Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Some old PDF files available on the website <strong>may not have been generated in an accessible way<\/strong>, as they were produced before 2018. These documents are marked and will be gradually replaced with accessible versions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Continuous improvement plan<\/h2>\n<p>A global review of the site&#8217;s graphic interface and technical structure is underway with the aim of achieving full <strong>compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA<\/strong> by the end of 2025.
